The firm represents foreign businesses, countries, political parties and individuals who are seeking to influence U.S. legislative and executive policy within the national security arena, whether concerning foreign direct investment or non-acquisition issues. We lobby members and staff of the U.S. Congress, as well as career and appointed officials in the various agencies of the Executive branch.
The firm also provides legal advice and counseling concerning the national security implications of U.S. federal laws, regulations, politics, proposed congressional measures, and actions by the U.S. Congress and the Executive agencies.
