ENTITY LIST
The United States government, acting through the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), will target, "designate" and list the names of foreign businesses that BIS believes are likely to divert exports to programs related to WMD. The list also includes businesses that the government believes have engaged in activities that are detrimental to the foreign policy or national security interests of the U.S.
