June 7, 2005 By Dick Kreck Denver Post Staff Columnist As he often does, KHOW 630-AM talk-show host Peter Boyles Monday broadened the discussion of what's to become of accused cop killer Raul Garcia-Gomez now that he's been caught in Mexico. It's more complicated than you would think, which Boyles pinned down in an interview with Houston-based attorney Douglas McNabb, an expert in international criminal defense. Getting Garcia-Gomez back to Colorado for trial will be a long and difficult process, McNabb predicted. And the death penalty looks out of the question. | |
