DEBARRED PARTIES LIST
The United States government, acting through the Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), will target, "designate" and list the names of businesses and individuals who are barred from participating directly or indirectly in the export of defense articles, including technical data, or in the furnishing of defense services for which a license or approval is required.
